Transport from South to Sosua

The only flights I can get take me into Santo Domingo, instead of Puerto Plata, and I want to stay in Sosua.
Any sugestions on the best means of getting all the way up to the North coast??
Price is not a major consideration

Go into the city of Santo Domingo and catch a Caribe Tours bus. It is a great airconditioned trip, which last about four hours not counting a 20 minute potty break in Santiago. You will see some great sights. They will probably even show a movie on the way. The bus will take you all the way to Sosua.
