Help me if you can, Please!!

Hi, I am planning on moving to the DR prior to September. I want to either live in Puerto Plata, or Sosua. I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on where I could find a cheap two bedroom apartment and the price it would be.

I would also like to know if anyone knows the cheapest way to fly to Peuerto Plata from Canada. Where should I leave from, and how much should I expect to pay.

Hi, wow that's great that you are moving there, you are very very lucky, I wish I could do the same.

Where in Canada are you? I too am from Canada and have prices from almost all cities, since I have done lots of research, to be there as much as I can in a year, this will be my third time in less than a year!

I'll check in the newspaper in the weekend. (Works in Santiago,
lives in Jarabacoa) Should however recomend alternative cities,
since both Puerto Plata and Sousa are "tourist pits" and
attracts all sorts of hustlers, cheaters, thiefs and impostors,
and as a foreigner you'll be a prime target for all mentioned.
