bus from sosua to santo domingo,merengue festival

Hello, I want to go from Sosua to Santo Domingo by bus. I know from the board that metro and caribe tours have terminals in puerto plata. do they or any other company also have a terminal in sosua (because i am quite lazy)? if so where is it and when is the departure to s. d.. I want to go there at the end of july/august. I read that there is big merengue festival in santo domingo at this time. does anyone exactly know the date?
