Can't remember, is it cool enough in the

evening that ladies would like to wear long pants, or a light jacket. We'll be in Puerto Plata/Playa Dorado at an all-inclusive in Feb. What about early in the morning, like 7:30 - 8:00 am? Cool, or warm enough for shorts?? Tx!
