Horse back riding

Hi My g/f and i are leaving on January 20th for Punta Cana. Just wanted to know if there's any nice places to go horse back riding. Can people ride the horses on the beach or someone know where we can go horse back riding. We are staying at the LTI Sol de Plata Punta Cana Beach Hotel. First time visiter's to the DR
