Phoning Home

Hi - will be spending a week at Barcelo Decameron Resort and Casino in Juan Dolio at the end of January. I was wondering if anyone has any advice on the most inexpensive way to phone home. I know about "Canada Direct" - we usually use them when we go south but is it significantly cheaper to do that from a pay phone vs. calling "Canada Direct" from your hotel room? Also - do you have to put money into a pay phone to make the 800# call to "Canada Direct"? Any help would be appreciated.

Ok.. i know what u mean.. Yes it exist Canadadirect... But for real.. i'm working at bell Canad and i suggest u to stop at a Codetel store to buy a callling card... for around 5$ from here you can talk 8.minutes... I know that because my sister live there and that's the way she call us... it's sheaper...
