Really? Tell me dolores, what are your sources? If this is true, then I will be the happiest man in santiago. SDQ-JFK makes my life very easy but a non-stop to atlanta will make my honeymoon forever. Getting to atlanta from DR is a Bit*h. It costs more to fly to atlanta from here than to fly JFK-europe. Now with delta, I will be able to go to USA at will (for very cheap). My family works for delta and I get discount buddy passes. By the way, why did I have to pay close to 70 dollars in taxes upon departure from STI in american airlines buddy-pass ticket at the airport ticket counter? I mean, the when you purchase the ticket, it includes all the taxes so why was that added tax put on later upon boarding the plane? Would I have to pay the same amount on delta as well in addition to already taxed ticket?
