The metro seems like a good idea and would be a good thing to do it now, since every year it will only get even more expensive to build it.
However, I don't fully support this project (not as much as I support Ciudamar) because its in government hands and we all know what happens under the government.
Now, if the metro was to be privately funded and maintained, then it would get my full support.
Maybe the government could sell the project afterwards (they are privatizing everything nowadays) and it will be in private hands afterwards? That could be a possibility, but its no doubt that SDQ will eventually need a metro. It's better to start early than late, but I'm not sure the government should be behind this, at least not 100%.
