Quick B/C question
I wanted to find out something.......My husband lives in Sto Dgo and need to legalize his B/C and our marrige license. When he went to the Junta Central Electoral they said the legalize those documents at the Feria. Is it true??
I wouldn't want to find to find out the hard way.....Even though I got a long ways to go ........just want to be prepared!!
