Pedro Dájer, executive director of the Association for the Tourist Development of Juan Dolio and Guayacanes, said that this tourist town is outlined like one of the most important poles of the country. A factor that according to the Dájer hotelkeeper favors that zone is its proximity to the city, the beauty of its beaches and the facility to recover the investment, in special in real estate properties. Between the companies that construct in Juan Dolio mentioned the Group Metro, that has the projects Costa Del Sol, Marbella and Las Olas, as well as to the Industrial Development Bank, Star Fish Resorts. In the zone also one projects to raise an important hotel project, said the tourist industrialist. As far as the real estate development, Dájer showed that only the project of apartments Costa Del Sol, that is developed in Juan Dolio, sold US$100 million, which reported to the government US$5.0 million by concept of taxes.
