The one on Kennedy/Lope de Vega, the one on Lincoln/Jacinto Maņon are two other long-term holes in the ground that spring to mind.
With so many failed malls around the place that are half-empty or completely deserted, why do they need to build new ones? If there's no good commercial reason to do so, no wonder people start muttering about money laundering.
