I'm french, I want a dominican passport, I have the residencial provisional card (I have it for 6 months), I baught a land there Is 1 yeard ago, I 'm leaving in RD for 9 monthes. It seems to me that I can ask for the dominican passport. But how can I do? Where can'I ask for this Passport ? in the nacional police of my little town where I'm living?
