It is in the old Winn Dixie Plaza which is now a Latino Supermarket. There is also a Family Dollar - the only one in the area.
When you get close ask for the Family Dollar - don't ask for the consulate as most people don't have a clue. It is located in a Hispanic Travel agency office - the only one in the plaza.
