If you're concerned why don't
you contact the hotel? That way you'll discover if the phone line is out, won't you? I'm sure the parents of the 2 children left the phone & fax numbers and email address of the hotel with you.
And if they didn't try 1-809- 226-1590 for phone, and 1-809- 226-1994 for fax. Email you might not get a speedy response to, but you could try
info.sanjuan@bahia-principe.com When you call the hotel don't worry if you don't speak Spanish - they'll have people who speak English.
