Do you think the people opposite Mar Azul with their heliport on the roof and their chauffer driven limosines are going to be happy watching us playing dominos outside Mar Azul at 10pm at night. 48 apts there. What if they don't all want to sell? Will there be a mystery fire one night? Yes there are some green spaces along the Boulevard on the other side of the road. But there are also 10+ old apartment buildings. Will they spoil the look of Miami South Beach. Of course. What will happen to them? Who knows???
