SO.. I emailed the embassy today asking if his passport had arrive and this is the exact reply i received from her.
"Passport and other docs have been returned to Sto Dgo two days ago via Diplomatic Bag.

What does that mean.. LOL I wrote her back asking does this mean he still has to wait for their call or can go on monday to pick it up. So I am so confused. Maybe this means he will be here by the end of the upcoming week..
