5.Cement except for roof,80 bags at 200 pesos each=16000 pesos
6.Man who supervised and dug the foundation of complete house,800 pesos a day,took him 4 days.=3200 pesos
7.His helper,250 pesos a day.=1000 pesos.
8.Same man laid the blocks,7 pesos a block,for any blocks 1/2 to whole,smaller,nada.He is doing about 100 blocks a day,So far,he has house almost done except for roof.1600 blocks=11200 pesos to date
9.his helper,250 a day=4000 pesos.
10.Here in El Limon,no fees of any kind such as architech,permits,etc...
just do it.
11.food and Presidente,Rum for additional help thay just showed up for food and drink,,did some cleaning and dirty work for block layer, =8000 pesos
total so far
95,800 pesos.=about $3200. USD
roof will take about 40 bags of cement,and may need a little more dirt and barilla,but will have a better idea next month,as I am doing this on a month to month basis,the Dominican way.When the outside walls are done and the roof,it will have been about 18 months.Another year and it should be completely done for less than $12,000 USD
