I must agree wholeheartedly with Potato_Salad. There is no bigger or better dating service than what he described.
If you attempt to chat them up online, you will not get much of a response.
These dominican chicas really aren't into the whole talking on the internet stuff.
They just use it to get off on how many hits their page gets and how many "friends" they have. Doing it live and in the flesh is the ONLY way to go.
It is different if you talk to chicas from other countries, say Mexico City and Colombia. You will get a different type of response from these chicas for some reason. A more educated and varied response.
DR chicas really don't seem to want to get into conversations about anything, or maybe they just are not interested. You will get a lot of one word responses from them.
Also, check out who their "friends" are. If they have a lot of dom-york looking dominican guys making stupid and vulgar comments about how sexy and beautiful they are, don't even bother.
Do it live and in person. You will get a better response, and an immediate one too!!!! Just follow the lead of Potato_Salad, he provided the only blueprint you will ever need in Santo Domingo.
But he forgot one thing-if you're a night owl don't forget the bus stop on Calle Independencia behind the Jaragua Hotel right after the casinos close. This is where you will see the female employees after work. Its' like shooting fish in a barrel.
