Thanks for that - hopefully there's someone on here that is in the area today and knows how things are there. We will try to call again tonight but I'm guessing if its bad we won't find it that easy to get through. It's 4:25pm here now (clocks changed yesterday - which means we're only 4 hours ahead now instead of 5) so we'll both be home from work in about an hour and a half - 6pm (2pm there) - will try giving them a call then.
