I suppose it all comes down as to how you present your interpretation. To ME
A) 14% 14% ............. = 0% difference
B) 10% 18% ............. = 95% difference UP
C) 14% 18% ............. = 25% difference UP
D) 21% 12% ............. = 75% difference DOWN
E) 21% 20% ............. = 5% difference DOWN
F) 10% 11% ............. = 10% difference UP
G) 0% 2% ............. = 200% (or should that be 2,000%) difference UP
H) 10% 6% ............ = 40% differnce DOWN
As can be seen, the two polls gave a somewhat different result with major divergences in choices B), C), D), G), & H). If one views a 10% swing as significant, then F) also joins the above groups.
Now all we have to do is establish what the way of voting difference was for the same individual or group of voters!!

. Then we can make THAT figure as a percentage of the total number of DR1 members & we can see that most here just do not care to vote or get involved on this or any other poll!!
