That has been the problem practically with every technology or system in use in the DR, lack of services, use, pricing, etc...

It seems that the set of rules used are to test how far they can stretch it before people do something about it...

There's no bragging (well, sort of) but actual truth in the statement. One must read carefully the intended message to argue a basic point...

Nowhere do I intend to argue on any basis that the DR offers better services than any country in LA. In that regard I sustain the point that the technology employed is far better and cover the entire territory as much as possible as any best serviced Metro City of LA...

One can own the famous Veyron that could break any car's speed in a matter of seconds, but it would tear itself apart in the process (rip the tires to shreds). The analogy is that the car is the fastest out there, but is not constant to keep it.

The DR does own the best national wide trunk system in LA, the fact that service feels like you were using a pair of tin cans and a chord to talk is another thing...

Facts are facts, not BS is given by it. I understand anybody's blood boiling over the services issue, but still that doesn't mean the facts are evidently proved...

Come to think about it, customer service in the DR is an alien notion to this day. Many big corporations still can't comprehend that if you offer quality services, you'll get repeat customers and loyal branding...
