Pichardo - my friend - I have a new saying for you:
"where the rubber meets the road"
basically it means that results are all that matter and in this case it would be superior telephone service and customer service - both of which Codetel has a long way to go, very long - like 100 light years.
Like Chris said, if one doesn't have these two things one has failed, bottom line - no ifs ands or buts about it (excuses), period.
