Hey 49erman... NO--never smoked crack...I was livid! It wasn't a "filled" as in asphalted pothole but a chunk filled pothole and the kid had chunks imbedded into her scull from first hitting her knee then bouncing (literally from what I'm told) forehead first into the hole. Don't ask me HOW or where the parents were but I always held my kids' hands and they still on occasion took a "header" and it's awful even on solid ground. HOWEVER, when you have these conditions, objects become spears.
