Don't know about Trump but someone with a lot of $$$ made the purchase of 240,000 sqm in total seafront rocky coast in the area somewhere between Villas Del Mar and future Costa Blanca by Metro where the lots are 10,000 or 20,000 sqm each of US$60-80 p/sqm right now . Probably it's not for planting la yuca
