We bought our furniture from Artesania Rattan, CXA on outskirts of Santiago. Tremendous selection, great workmanship, good prices. And they stand behind their work. About 8 months after delivery, we noticed wood dust accumulating beside one of the beds, which indicated bugs were eating the wood. They sent a truck to pick it up (to Sosua), took it back for treatment, and returned it. They would do the same if it were more years old. That is part of their guarantee.

They have been in business since 1967. If you can't find what you like in the factory (unlikely, given the variety and quantity available) they will manufacturer to your specifications. Show them a picture. They will also modify one of their regular products if you want some changes.
