sorry about the delay in response, I had to go over to Miami and just got back. But to answer you question, no, I haven't had to renovate my cedula yet so I'm not sure how that is currently working. I'll ask around at work today and see if anyone has any info on that and let you know if anything comes out of my inquiries.
