How would he rate the comfort level? Is it better than what is offered by the conchos that most of the people depend on?

Now we have to see with a Electrical deficit of more 1200 or more MW in the DR and Oil almost at 100 dollars a barrel how can a country that is under FMI Supervision that has one of the worst Power infrastructure in the Hemisphere and world spends almost 1 billion dollars and plus building a train????? that should be the logical questions.
