This announcement was made by Public Works spokmen Víctor Díaz Rúa.

Time frame for the second stage is not given, but from past Public Works bulletins, this will start as soon as the first stage is completed. Also this was one of president promise, to the people of Samaná if reelected in 2008.

Hope this clear some of the when and where this will be finish.
