I found Nuria's web page and its full of valuable information on the this case and others. If you look at her report about the house no where does she says the price of the house is 30 to 40 million pesos. That is a figure that has been invented by the education minister to obfuscate what the actual report says. There are various videos from Nuria answering and further explaining the progress of her report.
Nuria indicates that in her original report she is asking many questions about the property, but nowhere is she saying that these were acquired with public funds. The report with documentation does raise questions that justify suspicion that the dear minister has yet to give clear answers to. Nuria one of my real heroes.
