All of this will be cleared up once the litigation ends. Until then, everyone will have to wait and see what comes out of all of this. Imagine how many people would be declared guilty had the courts taken the attitude of many here as oppose to using the law of evidence prior to convicting anyone of anything.

BTW, the litigation was initiated by Alejandrina Germán against Nuria Piera on the basis of defamation. From the presentation in Nuria's program, so far Alejandrina is the only politician taking action against Nuria's claims. The other politicians whose properties were presented in her show (among them was Miguel Vargas Maldonado's mansion in Casa de Campo) all have remained quiet regarding the accusation against them. In the case of Miguelito, he simply ignores reporters the moment they ask him about his villa.

Not only did Alejandrina live up to her word by actually offering the home to Nuria (despite many claiming she was bluffing), but she also live up to her word by commencing the litigation against Nuria since she didn't retracted from her difamatory accusation.

Hm, when there is nothing to hide, there is nothing to fear....
