Could you be kind enough to link us to the source that says the defamation case has been taken to the courts. I have not seen news reports indicating that Nuria has been served any court papers. Secretary German gave Nuria 72 hours to retract her report and that was almost a month ago and counting. Nuria responded she had nothing to retract and stood by her reporting.
On another note how can the secretary offer to sell the property to Nuria when the said property is in litigation as to actual ownership of the property, so it cannot be sold by anybody at the moment. Empty offer if there was one.
