I really do not know what is going to happen to prices, DR is still the cheapest Caribbean Island I guess. What I do know is that there a huge amount of condos, under construction or newly built and less people in town and on the beach...
Will probably be good for us that rent apartments. People bought the condos many probably as an investment "Prices will go up!!!", then the monthly maintenance bill comes... Rent them out!
