is this normal ?
i`m currently in the process of buying a villa in Sousa (no money has changed hands yet ) and i was told by the real estate salesman that since I lived in Canada that i can have him sign any papers for me regarding the sale. We are both using Guido Perdomd as our lawyer . Is this a normal way of doing things ? shouldn`t he be sending me the forms to sign ? thanks
