Am currently pursuing various avenues - it IS a great (and simple) deal - the figures DO stack up well and if you have serious interest I can send you some financial information on the operation of the company at present, along with forecasts for the future. Any potential investor/(silent) partner would of course be able to confirm this independently if desired. Let me know please.......
