They are adding actually a 5th floor right now about 20 more units . It will be only 5th floor building . Plus the whole building is under reconstruction ( New floor , closets , bathrooms etc. ) And right next to it ''L'' shape will be build another 6 floor building about 100 beach front rooms more . It will be nice when is done.
