I'll give them a call. I had heard the "owners" of the apts had a deal where the mgt would rent out and maintain the apts and then split the nightly fees (supposedly the whole resort is booked out for a long time... if they ever get it completed...).
And, the owners could block out times they wanted to have the apts not rented so they could use them.
It just sounded like an interesting investment/ vacation home.
