Yes you are right they fly to Brussels, but they are very cheap. And then we could get a cheap flight to Stanstead which is closer to where I want to be in UK and no flights there from MAdrid. But my husband managed to transit Madird without Schengen visa as I have explained so maybe they do the same in Brussels??? Or maybe they do have a transit area??
