So you're basically saying that all Democracies in the world are not as corrupt in their ways as vehicles for personal enrichment of the politicians elected? Name one that doesn't please...
The DR is too small to compare to the billions that shift hands in those vast democracies. Yet for all this, it's your conclusion that since corruption is not hidden or buried like those democracies; somehow ours is the tip of the iceberg?
I prefer to pay up the Police than having to go to jail under the multitude of infractions that well oiled democracies tend to operate Police States.
Like I said before: We Dominicans have a system that to any foreigner is chaos no matter what; but in that chaos we have an order of things that makes it look like such, but operates just fine to the rest of us...
