Aside from the fact that other Embassies "allow" you to contact them regarding the application (as opposed to Haiti where their website flat out tells you not to contact them) most people wouldn't need to email Haiti if they sent out the ack. letter which contains the B file number. Then you could use E-CAS as they instruct you to do. |
So does it say anything anywhere that Haiti sends out a letter of acknowledgement? Has anyone recieved a letter from Haiti that has gone through the process or is currently going through right now?
