HOW TO USE "Indian Mulberry" :
You wait until the fruit gets white and a little soft, then put in the blender on "high". After a minute or two, eat a couple of tablespoons of the liquid, first thing in the morning. Wait a half.hour or so before you eat your breakfast though.
ANOTHER USE: if you ever get a sprained ankle or wrist, immediately get a fresh leaf or two from the tree, and wrap it around the sprained joint (shiny side against your skin) for 30 to 60 minutes. It will keep the ankle from swelling up, and will also reduce the pain and recovery time.
ANOTHER USE: if you have a fever, place a fresh leaf on your forehead (again, shiny side to your skin) for 30 minutes. The fever will break shortly afterwards.
