Over loud music
We suffer in this pueblocita from one šneighbourš who insists on playing his music so loud that 1) it is impossible to sleep at say 11pm and 2) earlier in the evening very, very difficult to have a normal conversation 50/60 yards away. I have spoken with him and I know others from the village -dominicans - have also spoken. All the locals refer to him as loco. I have just been told by other dominican friends that there is now a law prohibiting over loud music and that the police can come and confiscate the associated equipment. Would someone please tell me all about this law including what its number is. Thank you muchly.
