just simple curiosity-

considering the huge area around there, can the investor be assured that the oder that gravitates from the smelly rotting pond located nearer to the street than to the seafront lots will not reach his/her new investment while it travels as far away as the Cost del Sol area of Juan Dolio? What happens when the breeze dies down, reverses, and the sugar refinery decides to warm up and burn some sugar?
