I have seen on google-earth.
And I haven seen where they want to construct Costa del Sol.
The Nord-East Passat blows directly the pondgasses in the direction from Costa del Sol.
But when the buyers come in day-time, perhaps they buy a condo.
But if they made a good examination they will never buy a condo there.
And one time more: To resolve this problem from MOTHER NATURE (the pondgasses) is impossible.
