Default France prohibits transit without visa to dominican citizens
Now it is not possible to travel via Paris without transit visa, all dominican citizens are requiered to apply for visa in order to be able to make connections in Paris.

FRANCE
MAY 5 - WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT, NATIONAL OF THE DOMINICAN
REP. AND TOGO REQUIRE AN AIRPORT TRANSIT VISA (ATV/VTA) TO
TRANSIT THROUGH FRANCE
