Total between additional floor (5th floor) and the new 7 floors building will be 140 beach front rooms more . Ground works have begun already . This additional quantity of the units will cover the demand on the beach front and will balance the sales of the units as RE project (all studios) in the garden area around the big pool (Mexican restaurant area).
