Default Now Dominican Citizens will need a Transit Visa for France Unless one of these apply

according to the Consulate of France in Santo domingo Dominican citizens transiting through France in order to get to another country will requiere Transit Visas even if they dont plan of leaving the Airport Transit lounge

EXCEPTIONS
This doesnt apply to Dominican citizens who hold a valid visa and/or residence permit for any EEA member state which are
