Not too difficult - you drive into the city, taking the 27 de febrero expressway after you cross the big bridge, continuing straight until you get to the Ave. Tiradentes intersection.
At Tiradentes, you turn right and Mustafa Kemal Ataturk is the first street on the right. IIRC you might have to take the next street on the right (Frank Miranda) and double back. Luis Alberti is the second cross street.
