no problem..
i am in kitchener & sent my package to a house address in puerto plata.
it has been awhile since i sent the last one but i remember i had 2 options...by boat or air...i chose air.
it was a small package (dvd's pictures etc.) and it cost under $25.00 to send it.
the package arrived in santo domingo within the 7-10 days and it took the rest of the time to make its way to puerto plata.
the package was delivered directly to the house. (by whom i dont know)
if i had to send something of value I wouldn't trust it but for inexpensive small stuff, I have never had a problem.
i have used Canada Post for this 5 times in the last 3 years....
I have also shipped by DHL with speed & success. This was a larger box with our wedding invitations, favours etc. We shipped this to the Caribe Express bus station & it arrived within the shipping timelines & untouched.
