We will be doing some daytime and nightime activities....any suggestions?...we are in our mid-thirties so we are up for ideas?....even meeting some DR1 members would be great to get together for some cheers!!!!

Supermarket Janet is only a few steps away & is the biggest supermarket in Cabarete. You can get everything you need here and carry it back!
We made almost all of our meals there & ate just outside our rooms beside the pool. The poolside rooms have a little semi-private area with table & 2 chairs which is nice.
The last time was in March & we stayed in Studio B. It was Semana Santa so not too much to choose from by the time we booked.
I would suggest Studio A as Studio B has 2 single beds to push together (wasnt the ideal honeymoon suite!! but it was ok). Both Studio A & B are pool side and quite functional.
I have to admit that we are pretty relaxed people so we spent our days by the pool, playing cards & listening to music. We didn't venture too far except to wander along the main street or we spent a couple days at the main beach infront of the sans souci hotel.
The hotel also has free wifi if you have a laptop.
We love Cabarete for the atmosphere, beach, relaxation.
The disco's are ok if you are into that and Jose O'shea's is a great place to spend your evenings too.
I am sure there are others that can make some suggestions about what to do for day trips. The activecabarete website also has some good ideas.
