Advertising is how you find clients. Telemarketing journals and newspapers are good. If you do not have any telemarketing experience i would not reccomend starting this business. I have owned other call centers but the quality of the local labor is terrible and i closed my office in POP.

I had hired the best English speaking Dominicans from Americall and they could not even generate one sale in 30 days and i had them try 3 different campaigns. The locals are better at inbound customer service than outbound sales so keep that in mind when choosing a campaign.

If you have never been a telemarketer you will not succeed.

I am back in business with a new business model which is doing quite well as I will only hire Americans.
